CLiF author Elizabeth Bluemle hosts a parent literacy discussion, storytelling presentation, and book giveaway for children and families enrolled in programming at the Otter Creek Child Center in Middlebury, VT. This grant award also includes $1,000 in new, library quality books for the center to use in their onsite classrooms and programming.
