CLiF storyteller Duncan McDougall hosts a parent literacy discussion, storytelling presentation, and book giveaway for children and families served by Capstone Community Action Head Start and Early Head Start programming. The program has been awarded a CLiF At-Risk Children grant to inspire a love of reading and writing among children and families.
