Franklin Elementary School will kick off its CLiF Year of the Book grant with storytelling by Duncan McDougall. Duncan will the 230 K-5 graders before each child picks their first of 10 books that they will select over the course of the year. He will do three presentations for K/1, 2/3, 4/5 beginning at noon.
